A: For ready-made stock, the MOQ is 20 pieces per SKU and 100 pieces per order or shipment so that each order can make at least 5 different SKUs assorted.

For OEM/ODM volume order, the MOQ is 600 pieces per model and 200 pieces per color which can make each model in 3 different colors.

A: Yes, we can offer samples whose cost and transportation fee need to be taken care by demander.

 

A: Sample and transportation costs are required. However, the sample cost can get refund after a bulk order is placed.

 

A: For ready-made stock order, samples can be sent out within 7-10 business days. For customized designs, prototypes can be sent out in 4 weeks and color samples in 4 weeks after the molds are ready and tooling samples are confirmed.

A: For ready-made products, please check out each SKU’s color photos for reference. We can also accept customized colors for OEM/ODM volume orders reaching 600 pieces per model which can make 3 colors (i.e. 200 pieces/color x 3 colors).

 

A: For ready-made stock orders, the price includes printings on lens and temples. For OEM/ODM volume orders, it depends on the logo size and colors and the number of times upon your request. Quotation will be provided after receiving the printing instructions.

 

A: For ready-made stock orders, a customized logo can be made by printing on lens and temples; for OEM/ODM orders, a customized logo can be made in various types like printing, metal plate, laser engravement, embossment or debossment in mold.Any design modification related to the mold-remaking will cause extra cost.

 

A: Please add the preferable models into the wishlist and let us know the quantity for each SKU no. plus the printing instructions in order to prepare a proforma invoice stating inquired SKU no., unit price and quantity per SKU no. and the total amount for your confirmation.  After your confirmation and payment/deposit arrangement, the production will get started.The shipment will be made after the rest payment is done and the shipping instruction is advised.

 

A: Yes, you may start a sample order first.

 

A: For ready-made stock orders, it takes around 10-14 days after the receipt of your payment. For ODM/OEM volume orders, we will be able to make the shipment in 70-90 days after the receipt of your payment or deposit.

 

A: We do not recommend customers to provide materials or designate any material suppliers in order to control the quality and delivery tightly.

 

A: Please consider ordering extra parts when place a bulk order or place a new order for spare parts after the shipment is made.

 

 

A: 1 piece per polybag, 10 pieces per paper box, 10 boxes (=100 pieces) per carton box for ready-made stock order. 1 piece per polybag, 12 pieces per paper box, 25 boxes (=300 pieces) per carton box as standard package for OEM/ODM volume order. Any other special packing method upon customer’s request may cause extra charge.

Shipment

 

A: Xiamen or Hongkong.

 

A: Generally, for any shipment under 1800 pieces, the best transport is door-door courier. For volume over 1800 pieces, you may consider making the shipment through air or sea forwarder. Our regular packing method is 12 pieces/paper box; 25 boxes (=300pcs)/carton for OEM/ODM volume orders.
